20" M112 Pod - Elite Series 1

The M112 POD is a miniature 1:12 scale replica of an actual shipping container that has been converted into a living space.  Abandoned shipping containers are fast becoming a usable resource in green building and are being used in condo, hotel, dorm, commercial, and residential construction.

The 20" M112 POD - Elite Series 1 has these standard features:

* Baltic birch interior ceiling, walls, and floor
* Split door with frosted upper and lower sections on side wall
* One solid sliding loft door (interior mounted) on back wall
* Door handles on split door and loft door
* Recessed handles on front panel doors
* Port hole in floor and ceiling for stacking and roof access
* Metal tube rung ladder to upper port hole
* Forklift openings (used for installing optional deck)
* Connection stacking detail on each corner
 

Units are sold unfurnished.

Series 1 front has a solid 8" wall with two bypassing panel clear doors
