Delivery

PRD Miniatures’ Products are made to order except for items that appear in the Quick Ship category, which are ready to ship immediately. The estimated time to fulfill the order is listed on the product detail page next to the “Availability”. For orders containing multiple items, the approximate time to fulfill the order will be based on the item with the longest duration (i.e. 3-4 weeks). All orders will be shipped complete, unless arranged otherwise with us.

The delivery time does not include the transit time once the item has shipped. Delivery times during or after sales events can take up to 2-3 weeks longer, depending upon the availability and size of the orders. If you need to have your items by a specific time, please contact us immediately so we can make arrangements to fast track your order. We always take care of our customers, so in the event you have to wait more than a couple of extra weeks we will offer you an extra discount or 'freebies' from the PRD store. We are a small shop, and all pieces are either made by myself (Paris) or my wife Lisa.

Shipping

PRD Miniatures uses the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) to ship orders domestically and internationally. We will email you a confirmation after you confirm your order during checkout and once your package ships.

Orders with shipping addresses in the United States typically take 1 – 8 business days to arrive once shipped. For shipments to Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico or other international destinations, transit times vary – visit the carrier’s web site for further information. All products are shipped from our location in Las Vegas, Nevada.

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of each product and estimated number of packages that will be necessary to fulfill the order. The shipping charges that appear at checkout are determined using the carrier’s retail rates (refer to the U.S.P.S. Price List or web site at http://www.usps.gov).

How is insurance calculated?

Insurance is optional, however we recommend that you apply insurance to each of your orders to cover any damage or loss that may occur during shipping. PRD Miniatures is not responsible for any shipping-related damage or loss. For rates and more information on insurance refer to the U.S.P.S. Price List or web site at http://www.usps.gov.

Returns and Exchanges

PRD Miniatures will offer an exchange or merchandise credit for any item that you are not completely satisfied with (NOTE: items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee). All returned merchandise must be in original condition and in the original packaging with a copy of the original invoice included.

PRD Miniatures does not accept returns on any product without prior authorization. Returns are accepted only within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not issued except in the case of damaged or defective goods that we are not able to repair or replace. All custom orders are final and may not be returned or exchanged.

PRD Miniatures does not offer shipping and handling credit on returned or exchanged merchandise. In addition, you are responsible for all return shipping fees to PRD Miniatures’ return facility.

Please note,  PRD Miniatures creates miniature furniture and accessories for dollhouses. Although these look like full size items, they are MINIATURES, and all dimensions are in inches, not feet. If you make a purchase on this site without reading all of the information and are needing to have your purchase refunded before it ships, you will be charged the Merchant processing fees which will be subtracted from your refund.
